Research on the Impact of Employee Stock Ownership Plan on Corporate Innovation:Taking San'an Optoelectronics as an Example
The state attaches great importance to enterprise innovation,With the continuous develop-ment of the economy,the country attaches great importance to innovation,and innovation activities re-quire team collaboration,and employee stock ownership plans can promote innovation and develop-ment,attract and retain talents for enterprises,and promote the efficient development of innovation.Taking San'an Optoelectronics as a case,this paper analyzes the R&D investment,researchers and cor-porate performance of enterprises from 2012 to 2022,explores the impact of employee stock ownership plan on enterprise innovation,finds that it has a positive effect,and puts forward relevant suggestions for employee stock ownership plan.
