Review of Rural Industry Revitalization enabled by E-commerce
With the popularization and application of modern information technology and the continuous change of business model,e-commerce has become the main transaction mode in the era of digital econ-omy,which greatly promotes the development of economy.Focusing on the theme of rural industry re-vitalization enabled by e-commerce,this paper reviews the literature from the aspects of the role of e-commerce,the role of e-commerce enabling rural industry revitalization,the mechanism and path of e-commerce to help rural industry revitalization,and the mode of action of the comprehensive driving fac-tor of policy.The research shows that e-commerce is one of the important means to promote the revi-talization of rural industry and rural economic development.It can not only invigorate the rural market circulation,but also drive the development of rural industry in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural economic structure.The development path of rural e-commerce needs to be consid-ered from the aspects of policy support,capital,talent and technology,mechanism innovation and oth-er factors.In the rural e-commerce policy,the revitalization of rural industries will be assisted from the aspects of unifying ideas and raising awareness,policy guidance,financial support,creating a business environment,promoting models,model promotion,institutional innovation and model innovation.
