创业政策认知对大学生返乡创业意愿的影响——基于双重偏好迁移背景

摘要
大学生返乡创业是缓解大学生就业难和推动乡村振兴工作的重要抓手,当前我国大学生就业岗位和就业地偏好出现双重迁移,为了深入分析这一背景下大学生创业作用机制,通过对江西地区大学生发放调查问卷,探讨创业政策认知对大学生创业意愿的影响.研究发现,当前大学生存在创业政策认知水平较低的问题,创业政策认知能够正向影响创业意愿,大学生的创业政策认知水平越高,创业意愿也会越高,并且创业激情和创业机会识别在创业政策认知和创业意愿中起着链式中介作用.此外,进一步研究发现,不同类型创业政策认知对创业意愿的影响程度存在差异,其中以信息咨询政策认知的影响最为显著.因此,加强以信息咨询为中心的创业政策宣传,提高大学生政策认知程度,有利于吸引大学生返乡创业,助力乡村振兴.
Abstract
College students'returning home to start their own businesses is an important superposition point to alleviate the difficulty of college students'employment and promote rural revitalization.At present,there is a double migration of college students'employment positions and employment prefer-ences in China.In order to deeply analyze the mechanism of college students'entrepreneurship under this background,a questionnaire survey was conducted among college students in Jiangxi Province to explore the impact of entrepreneurial policy cognition on college students'entrepreneurial willingness.The study found that the current college students have a low level of awareness of entrepreneurial poli-cies.Entrepreneurial policy awareness can positively affect entrepreneurial willingness.The higher the level of entrepreneurial policy awareness of college students,the higher the entrepreneurial willingness.Entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition play a chain intermediary role in entrepreneurial policy awareness and entrepreneurial willingness.In addition,through further re-search,it is found that the influence of different types of entrepreneurial policy cognition on entrepre-neurial intention is different,among which the influence of information consulting policy cognition is the most significant.Therefore,strengthening the publicity of entrepreneurship policy centered on in-formation consultation and improving the awareness of college students'policies are conducive to at-tracting college students to return home and start a business and better realizing rural revitalization.
