The Impact of Enterprise Digital Transformation on Organizational Resilience:The Mediation Effect of Knowledge Integration Capability and the Slack Effect of Redundant Resources
Organizational resilience is a key ability for enterprises to respond to crises and achieve sus-tainable development in a complex and turbulent market environment.Whether and how digital trans-formation,as an effective path to give enterprises new development momentum,can and how to pro-mote the improvement of resilience has become a hot topic of concern from all walks of life.Using pan-el data of listed manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2021 as the research sample,empirical analysis is conducted.Based on the knowledge-based view(KBV),the theoretical model of the impact of digital transformation on organizational resilience in enterprises is constructed by introducing intermediate var-iable knowledge integration capability and regulatory variable slack resources.The empirical results in-dicate that digital transformation has a significant positive impact on the organizational resilience of manufacturing enterprises;Knowledge integration capability plays a mediating role between digital transformation and organizational resilience;Slack resources do not play a moderating role in the direct path of digital transformation affecting organizational resilience,but they do play a moderating role in the path of digital transformation affecting knowledge integration capability.The research results en-rich and deepen the theoretical achievements on the relationship between digital transformation and or-ganizational resilience,providing practical reference for enterprise digital transformation.
