Scientific and Technological Innovation and Digital Intelligence Lead the New Trend of Global Transport Cooperation:Summary of the Global Sustainable Transport Summit
From September 25th to 26th,the Global Sustainable Transport Summit Forum(2023),hosted by the Ministry of Transport and Communications,with the theme of"Sustainable Transport:Working Together to Boost Global Development,"was successfully held in Beijing.The General Secre-tary sent a congratulatory letter to the Global Sustainable Transportation Summit Forum,elaborating on the important role of building a sustainable transportation system,fully demonstrating China's de-termination to adhere to opening-up and seek win-win cooperation,and contributing Chinese wisdom to promoting global sustainable development.Vice Premier He Lifeng read a congratulatory letter and de-livered a speech at the opening ceremony.At the same time,the 15th International Transportation Technology and Equipment Exhibition was held,and the global sustainable transportation Innovation Alliance was launched.The forum released China's Beijing Initiative on promoting global development initiatives,implementing the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,and promo-ting sustainable transport development,as well as the Report on China's Sustainable Transport Devel-opment in 2022,and signed a number of cooperation documents to promote sustainable development of global transport.
