新商科教育中课程思政与专业思政一体化建设路径探索

专业思政与课程思政的一体化融合是有效推进高效思政工作的关键.基于对课程思政与专业思政内涵、特点和逻辑关系的分析,以新商科教育为例,提炼二者一体化建设的路径.其中,课程思政与专业思政的一体化建设主要有6个步骤,即结合发展趋势提炼人才需求矩阵;以新需求为依据明确专业特色;以专业特色为指引,构造专业核心价值体系;以专业核心价值体系为原则,设计培养方案;以培养方案为总纲,挖掘专业思政框架;以专业思政框架为指导,推进课程思政建议.最后,以工商管理专业为例,探索了专业思政与课程思政一体化建设路径,对高校推进立德树人根本任务具有重要意义.
The Exploration of Integrated Pathways for Ideological and Political Education in New Business Education
The integration of professional political and ideological education and political and ideological education in curriculum is the key to effectively promote efficient ideological and political education.Based on the analysis of the connotation,characteristics and logical relationship of political and ideolog-ical education in curriculum and professional political and ideological education,this paper refines the path of their integration.Among them,there are six main steps in the integration of ideological and po-litical education in curriculum and professional education,that is,refining the talent needs matrix in relation to development trends;defining professional characteristics based on new demands;Guided by professional characteristics,construct professional core value system;Design the training scheme based on the principle of professional core value system;Taking the training program as the general outline,excavating the professional ideological and political framework;Guided by the framework of professional ideological and political education,promote ideological and political education in curricu-lum.Finally,taking the business administration major as an example,this paper shows the practice of integrating professional ideological and political education with curriculum ideological and political edu-cation.This paper has important significance to the fundamental task of promoting moral education in colleges and universities.
