From the perspective of overall national security,science and technology security is closely related to people's security,political security and economic security.It is not only an important barrier for China to resist external risks,but also an important material basis for safeguarding national securi-ty and a key element for enhancing national core competitiveness.To promote scientific and technologi-cal safety into the judicial security system,it is necessary to further improve the existing public interest litigation system,judicial appraisal system and procuratorial supervision system.In the field of public interest litigation,it is necessary to clarify the plaintiff qualification of science and technology safety public interest litigation,and provide protection and remedy for science and technology safety damage through the construction of science and technology safety ban system and the application of punitive compensation rules.In the field of judicial authentication,it is necessary to emphasize that scientific and technological security harms the public interest attribute of judicial authentication,scientifically al-locate authentication institutions and authentication personnel,establish a coordinated and unified working mechanism,and make every effort to ensure the scientific and accurate results of authentica-tion.In the field of procuratorial supervision,procuratorial organs should maintain the necessary sensi-tivity to scientific and technological security in public prosecution cases and make timely procuratorial suggestions,so as to contribute procuratorial wisdom and procuratorial force to serving and safeguard-ing the overall national security.
