Research on the Impact of New Quality Productivity Empowering Technological Innovation in Enterprises
This article is based on the connotation characteristics of new quality productivity,combined with the inherent essence and value characteristics of enterprise technological innovation,and system-atically elaborates on the practical path and internal operating mechanism of empowering enterprise technological innovation with new quality productivity.Selecting A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2022 as the research sample for the dependent variable,the empirical re-gression results show that new quality productivity has a positive effect on the scale of enterprise inno-vation,and the intermediary mechanism test suggests that new quality productivity can improve labor productivity,increase the added value of enterprise products,and guide enterprises to upgrade and transform towards innovative enterprises and transfer to high value-added industries.The proposal of new quality productivity provides various basic support for technological innovation in Chinese enterpri-ses,and opens up new opportunities and development space for enterprise technological innovation.
