Research on the Impact of Business Environment on New Quality Productivity
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,based on the three di-mensions of laborers,labor materials and labor objects,the evaluation index system of new quality pro-ductivity level is constructed,and the impact of business environment on new quality productivity and its mechanism are studied and empirically analyzed.The results show that optimizing the business envi-ronment is conducive to promoting the development of new quality productivity.At the same time,there is regional heterogeneity in this influence,and the business environment has the strongest effect on the promotion of new quality productivity in the eastern region,followed by the western region and the cen-tral region.In addition,the improvement of the business environment can promote the development of new quality productivity by promoting the digital transformation of enterprises and the digital economy.Moreover,the industrial structure and the level of economic development have a positive moderating effect on the impact of the business environment and new quality productivity.
