Algorithm and Cognition:AI-Driven Innovation in Human Resource Management
The deepening of the information age has made AI practice a topic that enterprise human resource management must face.On the whole,the application of AI in the field of human resource management in various industries has not reached a clear cognition and popularity.Based on cognitive behaviour theory and innovation diffusion theory,this paper constructs an AI-driven HRM innovation model based on organization-al and social levels,reveals the development process of AI and the HRM field,and identifies the logic of the application of AI and the practice of AI in the functional module of HRM.
