Artificial Intelligence Generated Content has shown great potential to assist the construction of digital government,which can effectively improve the scientific decision-making of digital govern-ment,achieve the precision of digital government governance,and promote the efficiency of digital gov-ernment services,and become an important part of the modernization of national governance.Some re-gions at home and abroad have applied generative artificial intelligence technology to assist digital gov-ernment construction.However,generative artificial intelligence technology has also brought a series of new problems to be solved urgently for digital government,digital government is facing serious challen-ges such as data information security,social order disorder,and administrative power breach of trust.It is urgent to start from the dimensions of legal risk regulation means and take corresponding measures to prevent many risks of technology in the process of assisting digital government construction,so as to better play the important role of generative artificial intelligence technology in supporting the moderni-zation of digital government.
