数字经济对我国经济高质量发展的影响——基于绿色技术创新的调节作用

摘要
数字经济正成为经济高质量发展的核心推动力,大力发展数字经济有利于推动构建新发展格局,加快建设现代化经济体系.基于2011-2021年中国31个省份的面板数据,系统性评估测度各地区的数字经济与经济高质量发展水平,并运用双向固定效应模型进行实证分析,以探究数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响及其作用机制.研究结果表明:数字经济显著推动了经济高质量发展,绿色技术创新在这一过程中发挥了正向的调节作用;数字经济对经济高质量发展的影响存在地区异质性特征.因此,在促进数字经济发展的同时,应注重绿色技术创新水平的提升,以更好地实现经济高质量发展.
Abstract
Digital economy is gradually becoming the core driving impetus of high-quality economic de-velopment.Developing the digital economy vigorously is conducive to promoting the construction of the new development paradigm and accelerating the building of a modernized economic system.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,we systematically assessed and measured the level of digital economy and high-quality economic development of each region,and conducted empirical analysis by using the two-way fixed effect model in order to explore the impact of digital economy on high-quality economic development and its role mechanism.The results of the study conclude that the digital economy significantly promote high-quality economic development,especially green technological innovation plays a positive moderating role in this process,as well as the existence of regional heteroge-neity in this effect.Therefore,while promoting the development of digital economy,we should pay at-tention to the green technology innovation enhancement in order to achieve high-quality economic devel-opment.
