产学研协同创新是提升国家科技创新能力、增强国家核心竞争力的有效途径之一.长三角区域作为中国经济发展最活跃、创新能力最强的区域之一,在国家科技创新发展过程中占据重要地位,因此对长三角区域产学研协同创新过程中可能产生的知识产权风险影响因素进行研究具有重要意义.运用系统动力学方法构建长三角区域产学研协同创新知识产权风险模型,研究长三角区域产学研协调创新过程中知识产权风险的影响因素,提高长三角区域产学研协同创新能力,进而提升国家科技创新能力,并为其他国家及地区产学研协同创新实践提供参考.
Collaborative innovation between industry,academia and research institutes is an effective way to enhance the country's scientific and technological innovation capabilities and enhance the coun-try's core competitiveness.As one of the regions with the most active economic development and the strongest innovation capabilities in China,the Yangtze River Delta region occupies an important posi-tion in the development process of national scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,the fac-tors that may affect intellectual property risks arising from the collaborative innovation process of in-dustry,academia and research in the Yangtze River Delta region are analyzed.Research is of great sig-nificance.Use the system dynamics method to construct an intellectual property risk model for indus-try-university-research collaborative innovation in the Yangtze River Delta region,study the influencing factors of intellectual property risks in the process of industry-university-research collaborative innova-tion in the Yangtze River Delta region,improve the industry-university-research collaborative innova-tion capabilities of the Yangtze River Delta region,and then enhance national scientific and technologi-cal innovation capabilities,and provide reference for collaborative innovation practices of industry,aca-demia and research in other countries and regions.
