Research on Route and Policy of Development for Chinese Maker Space
Chinese maker spaces have undergone three major development stages,and government spe-cial policies have exerted obvious guiding and supporting function on the mode and the main points of development in the last two stages.Following research results are gotten.In self-development stage,without special policies of guide and support,development of maker space was slow,incubation scale was small and influence was low.In fast development stage,government's special policies were guided by rapid advance as a whole and were transformed from comprehensive promotion to focused promo-tion.Consequently,maker space underwent fast development.And factor investment to platform,service capacity and employment absorption became far higher.But level of innovation and entrepre-neurship was not high.In smooth development stage,government's special policies are guided by qual-ity improvement.But the guide was adapted to employment for particular environment in middle time.Consequently,development speed of maker space is slowed.And factor investment to platform,service capacity and employment absorption become lower.But the level of innovation and entrepreneurship in-creases.In the future,new quality productive forces is suggested to be the guide and special policy for maker space development should be designed and made according to different industries and districts.Innovation and entrepreneurship resource should be upgraded,cultivation of new type productive fac-tors should be accelerated,and new quality productive forces should be sped.
