College students'participation in innovation and entrepreneurship and other double innovation projects is not only driven by The Times, but also driven by interest.Starting from the motivation of college students to participate in mass entrepreneurship and innovation projects, this paper investigates the key variables of mass entrepreneurship and innovation of contemporary college students, such as generation of entrepreneurial motivation, identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, support of en-trepreneurial environment, and cultivation of entrepreneurial resilience,by means of interview and grounded theory,in order to provide a new entry point for the research on improving the entrepreneur-ial competence of college students. The research finds that the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial competence of contemporary college students are mainly divided into two factors:objective entrepre-neurial conditions and subjective entrepreneurial ability. Objective entrepreneurial conditions include entrepreneurial programs and platform resources, and subjective entrepreneurial competence mainly re-fers to entrepreneurial mental toughness.Entrepreneurial projects and platform resources play a key external supportive role in the enhancement of college students'entrepreneurial competence, while good psychological toughness has a positive moderating effect on the emotional regulation and resist-ance to frustration in the process of college students'entrepreneurship, and the study further optimizes and re-validates the model of college students'entrepreneurial competence from the subjective-objec-tive and bilateral perspectives.
