数字经济对先进制造业与现代服务业融合的作用机制分析——基于政府干预的调节作用

摘要
基于中国30个省份2011-2021年的面板数据,实证检验数字经济对先进制造业与现代服务业(两业)融合的影响效应和作用机制.研究发现:数字经济的发展显著促进了两业融合;且存在显著异质性,数字经济发展水平较低省份、市场化水平较高地区和产业协同集聚程度高的地区表现更为突出.数字经济通过提高技术创新和降低交易成本两个中间渠道促进两业融合,且前者间接路径所占比重较高.政府干预在数字经济与两业融合之间起着倒U型调节作用:政府干预程度较小时,对数字经济与两业融合关系起正向调节作用;干预程度较大时,负向调节两者之间的关系,甚至扭转两者之间的促进作用.研究结论不仅对理解数字经济在中国经济转型中的角色具有重要意义,也可为政策制定者提供有益参考.
Abstract
Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,this study empirically ex-amines the impact and mechanism of the digital economy on the integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries.The study found that:The development of the digital economy can sig-nificantly promote the two industries integration,and there is significant heterogeneity,with provinces with lower levels of digital economy development,regions with high levels of marketization and collab-orative industrial agglomeration performing more prominently;The digital economy promotes the two industries integration through two intermediate channels:improving technological innovation and re-ducing transaction costs,with the former accounting for a higher proportion of indirect paths;Govern-mental intervention plays a nverted U-shaped regulatory role between the digital economy and the two industries integration:When the degree of governmental intervention is small,it has a positive regula-tory effect on the integration relationship between the digital economy and the two industries integra-tion;When the intervention level is high,the relationship between the two is negatively regulated,e-ven reversing the promoting effect between the two.The research conclusion is not only of great signif-icance to understand the role of digital economy in China's economic transformation,but also provides useful reference and suggestions for policy makers.
