The Practical Enlightenment of the US AI Research and Development to the Improvement of China's Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability:Taking Sora as an Example
After the Sora model was released,it triggered a wide discussion in the scientific and techno-logical circles and the whole society.While the Sora is widely discussed from the technical and applica-tion level,the corresponding countermeasures and thoughts are put forward from the perspective of ef-fectively coping with international competition in the field of artificial intelligence and other science and technology,and improving the national science and technology innovation ability.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the Sora model's functional characteristics,technical basis and other basic overview,we face up to the gap between China and the United States in the field of artificial intel-ligence,strengthen the basic theoretical research on brain intelligence,brain decision—making and other cognitive intelligence,to ensure that China is in a leading position in the new artificial intelligence technology revolution.To serve the strategy of building a world power in science and technology,we should focus on the construction of innovative talents,strengthen international cooperation in innova-tion,and create a good innovation culture,so as to continuously improve China's scientific and techno-logical innovation capacity and level.
