摘要
随着科教兴国、人才强国、创新驱动发展战略的深入实施,科技、教育、人才在赋能高质量发展过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用.在梳理有关协同科技、教育、人才内涵、关系与模式等相关研究的基础上,从资源配置、价值创造、网络扩散维度入手解读了科技教育人才协同促进高质量发展的机理.基于现实情境和理论缺口,提出从制度优化到协同发展、从信息孤岛到平台赋能、从价值交换到价值共创、从产学研联盟到创新联合体的具体突破路径,以期解决当前协同科技、教育、人才联动发展问题,为更好实现高质量发展助力.
Abstract
With the in-depth implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country with talents,and innovation-driven development,science and technology,education,and talents play a pivotal role in enabling high-quality development.Considering the actual situation and theoretical gap,this paper interprets the mechanism of collaborative science and technology education talent to promote high-quality development from the perspectives of resource allo-cation,value creation and network diffusion.Moving forward,the paper puts forward a specific break-through path from system optimization to collaborative development,from information island to plat-form empowerment,from value exchange to value co-creation,from industry-university-research alli-ance to innovation consortium.The outcome of this study is able to solve the current problem of coordi-nated development of science and technology,education and talents,and help better achieve high-quality development.
