Research on the Optimization of the Training Mechanism of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities in China
The training mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universi-ties plays an important role in innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice.This paper analy-zes the operation of the training mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial talents from three dimen-sions:dynamic mechanism,coordination mechanism and evaluation mechanism,and finds that there are some problems,such as insufficient motivation mechanism,insufficient coordination mechanism,and teacher—student evaluation mechanism.In order to improve the training mechanism of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities,some suggestions were put forward,such as cultiva-ting the driving force mechanism with policy guarantee as the starting point,improving the coordination mechanism with resource flow as an opportunity,and improving the evaluation mechanism with the process evaluation as the focus.
