Reform and Practice of the New Business Talent Training Model under the Background of Digital Transformation
The development and application of digital technology is a gradual process,and digital transformation is the advanced stage of digital technology application.Prior to this,the two development stages were digital transformation and digital upgrading.Entering the stage of digital transformation,the development of digitalization has finally achieved horizontal interconnection from point to line and then to surface,thus posing new requirements for new business talents.The cultivation of traditional business talents aims to cultivate professional talents,which emphasizes the"depth"of the professional level;New business talents emphasize cross disciplinary and even interdisciplinary skills,while also pos-sessing corresponding digital skills such as Al usage,basic programming,and big data application,which emphasizes the"breadth"of knowledge."Deep"represents major,while"wide"represents com-prehensiveness.Obviously,this is different from traditional business teaching and talent cultivation models.In order to adapt to the development needs of this new era,the cultivation model of new busi-ness talents also inevitably needs to be reformed.This article first introduces the basic concepts of digital transformation and new business talents,Subsequently,the challenges posed by digital transformation to traditional business education and new requirements for new business talents were discussed.Based on this,countermeasures were proposed for the reform of the new business talent cultivation model from four perspectives:training objectives,curriculum system,practical teaching,and collaborative re-sources.
