Consolidating and improving supply chain resilience and maintaining supply chain stability and security is an important basis for promoting high-quality development.Based on the evaluation index system of regional supply chain resilience,this paper empirically analyzes the level,evolution charac-teristics and driving factors of supply chain resilience in Hubei Province.The results show that:①Con-nect-side resilience is the most important driving factor of supply chain resilience in Hubei Province,followed by supply-side and support-side resilience,and the impact of demand-side resilience is relative-ly small;The number of postal outlets,the number of corporate legal units,the port cargo through-put,the length of transportation routes,and the total retail sales of consumer goods are the five factors that have the greatest impact on the supply chain resilience in Hubei Province.②From 2017 to 2022,the overall supply chain resilience of Hubei Province showed a fluctuating upward trend,which could be roughly divided into three stages:rapid improvement period,epidemic impact period and steady de-velopment period.③From 2017 to 2022,the supply-side resilience,connect-side resilience,demand-side resilience,and support-side resilience of the supply chain in Hubei Province have significantly im-proved;The horizontal comparison shows that the toughness of the connect-side is the strongest in Hu-bei Province,followed by that of the supply-side,that of the security-side is second only to that of the connect-side and the supply-side,and that of the demand-side is relatively weak.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of supply chain re-silience in Hubei Province from four aspects:optimizing logistics network system,giving play to the role of government guarantee,building a supply chain security system coordinated by government and enterprise,and enabling digital technology.
