Research on the Users’Knowledge Sharing Behavior Based on Social Capital in Network Community:From the Perspective of Moderating Effect of Network Scale
The network community dominated by users'collective cooperation and knowledge sharing is becoming an important way of knowledge dissemination.Maintaining the scale of users and improving users'willingness to share knowledge is particularly important for the development of knowledge net-work community.Based on the three dimensions of social interaction ties, trust and shared language, this paper explores the knowledge sharing model from the moderating effect of network scale. We found that social interaction, trust and shared language have a significant positive impact on users'will-ingness to share knowledge. At the same time, the same-side network effect has a significant negative moderating effect on the influence of trust, shared language on users’willingness to share knowledge. The cross-side network effect has a significant positive moderating effect on the influence of social in-teraction ties and shared language on users'willingness to share knowledge. The research conclusions have important reference value and guiding significance for the operation and development of knowledge network community. Finally,we propose specific strategies from building a good knowledge network community environment, increasing brand promotion in knowledge network communities, and estab-lishing a scientific knowledge sharing incentive mechanism.
