专利视域下新型储能领域关键核心技术识别及竞争优势测度研究

新型储能技术是建设新型电力系统的关键支撑,分析该领域的技术竞争优势对中国未来在该领域获取持续性竞争优势具有重要意义.基于关键核心技术的特征,从技术创新、技术影响、技术经济和技术安全 4 个维度,构建关键核心专利指标评价体系筛选关键核心专利,并在此基础上从技术数量和技术质量两个维度研判主要研发国家的技术竞争优势.以全球新型储能领域为样本,识别出 12 项关键核心技术,发现主要聚焦于锂电储能、储热、储氢、液流电池储能、超级电容储能以及压缩空气储能等领域.中国在新型储能技术,特别是锂电储能领域已取得显著技术竞争优势,仅次于美国,并与日本技术实力相近;在电极技术等关键领域,中国与美、日仍存技术差距.基于研究结论提出了政策建议.
Research on Identification of Key Core Technologies and Measurement of Competitive Advantages in the New Energy Storage Fieldfrom the Perspective of Patents
New energy storage technology is a key technology for building an innovative power system.Analy-zing the technological competitive advantage in this field is of great significance for China to obtain sustainable competitive advantage in the future.Based on the characteristics of key core technologies,this paper con-structs a key core patent index evaluation system from four dimensions:technological innovation,technologi-cal impact,technological economy,and technological safety,to select key core technologies.On this basis,the paper assesses the technological competitive advantage of major R&D countries from the perspectives of technological quantity and technological quality.Using global patent data in the new energy storage field over the past 20 years as a sample,12 key core technology areas are identified.The United States holds a leading position in technological competition,while Japan and China closely follow,occupying significant positions in the global new energy storage field.Electrodes,as a key technology,show significant advantages for the U-nited States and Japan,while China needs to increase research and development investment to enhance com-petitiveness and ensure national autonomy in the field of energy storage and conversion.The research conclu-sions provide a grasp of the current technological development competition and key directions,while also pro-viding decision-making references for the cultivation and development of key core technologies in the new en-ergy storage field.
