Research on the Relationships among Digital Capability,Supply Chain Collaborative and Enterprise Innovative Performance
Amidst the wave of digitization in the global economy,the rapid development of information technology has brought opportunities and challenges to manufacturing enterprises.Digital transforma-tion is not merely a technological innovation,but also a comprehensive transformation encompassing organizational,management,and strategic aspects.Digital capabilities,encompassing technological understanding and application,serve as the linchpin of this transformation.However,the question of how to enhance digital capabilities and translate them into corporate innovation performance remains a subject of in-depth study.Based on the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities theory,this study constructed a theoretical model that encompassed digital capabilities,supply chain collaboration,net-work relationship embedding,and enterprise innovation performance.Utilizing hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap analysis methods,we empirically analyzed the sample data from 388 manufac-turing enterprises.The results indicate that digital capabilities significantly enhance enterprise innova-tion performance,with digital infrastructure capabilities,digital integration capabilities,and digital management capabilities all playing pivotal roles.Supply chain collaboration partially mediates the rela-tionship between digital capabilities and enterprise innovation performance,while network relationship embedding positively moderates this relationship.The research results emphasize the intrinsic mecha-nism of how digital capabilities enhance enterprise innovation performance,revealing the significance of supply chain collaboration and network relationship embedding in the relationship between the two.This provides both theoretical and practical guidance for the digital transformation of manufacturing en-terprises.
