数字化作为制造业企业发展的新动能,对其高质量专利的产出发挥了显著的促进作用.选取2013-2022 年中国制造业上市企业作为研究样本,利用 Stata 17.0 软件分析数字化如何对专利质量产生影响,同时引入政府补助作为调节变量验证其作用机制.研究结果表明:制造业企业数字化转型显著促进企业专利质量的提升;政府补贴在制造业企业数字化转型与专利质量之间发挥了正向调节作用;国有企业比非国有企业对专利质量的促进效果更明显.基于研究结论,从完善数字基建、扩大数字补贴、健全管理制度等方面为政府提出政策建议,并从优化数字战略、打通数字化知识产权管理、培育数字人才等角度为企业明确发展方向.
Exploring the Impact of Digital Transformation on Enterprise Patent Quality:Based on the Data of Listed Enterprises in Manufacturing Industry
As a new driving force for the development of manufacturing enterprises,digitalization has played a significant role in promoting the output of high-quality patents.We analyze how digitalization affects patent quality by taking listed manufacturing enterprises from 2013 to 2022 as analysis samples,using stata17 software regression analysis,and at the same time introducing government subsidies as moderating variables to verify the mechanism of its process.The results show that the digital transfor-mation of manufacturing enterprises can significantly promote the improvement of patent quality,gov-ernment subsidies play a positive moderating role,and the promotion effect of state-owned enterprises is more obvious than that of non-state-owned enterprises.we put forward policy suggestions for the government in terms of improving digital infrastructure,expanding digital subsidies,and sound man-agement system,and clear directions for enterprises in terms of optimizing digital strategy,opening up digital intellectual property management,and cultivating digital talents.
