The Direction,Pathway and Enlightenment of China’s Robot Enterprises Achieving Independent Technological Innovation:A Single Case Study of Shenyang Xinsong
This paper focuses on the key drivers of technological innovation in Chinese robot enterprises,especially taking Shenyang Xinsong Robotics Automation Co.,Ltd.as a typical case,and analyzes the impact of national strategic orientation,talent cultivation for innovation,innovation culture cultivation,and open cooperation on the enhancement of enterprise autonomous innovation capacity.The study re-veals that Shenyang Xinsong has particularly outstanding innovation practices in the following four are-as:Firstly,it closely follows the national strategic needs,continuously strengthens autonomous inno-vation and core technology R&D,and ensures its leading position in global science and technology com-petition.Secondly,it builds a complete talent innovation ecosystem,pays attention to the cultivation and incentive mechanism of innovative talents,and injects unending vitality into the company’s sus-tained innovation.Thirdly,it actively cultivates an innovative culture,advocates values of encouraging innovation,tolerating failure,and opposing conservatism,and provides a solid cultural foundation for technological innovation.Fourthly,it adheres to an international perspective,promotes international cooperation and win-win results,and accelerates technological innovation through open cooperation,winning widespread recognition in the international market.The successful experiences in the four areas are mutually setting an example and providing valuable experience and enlightenment for the Chinese robot industry and the high-tech industry as a whole.
