Future Job Self Clarity and Job Search Success:Effects of Perceived Employ ability and Emotion Regulation
Based on Resource Conservation Theory,this study investigated the effects of future job self-clarity on job search success,perceived employ ability and emotion regulation in the class of 2022,based on 358 valid questionnaires.The analytic hierarchy process and Bootstrap method were used to analyze the results.Perceived employ ability mediates between future job self-clarity and job search success;Emotion regulation,professional type and annual family income can regulate the relationship between perceived employ ability and job search success.Emotion regulation and professional type posi-tively moderated the mediating effect of perceived employ ability.The study expands the internal mech-anism of future job self-clarity affecting job search success,and provides guidance for improving the job search success of fresh graduates in order to cope with the complex external situation.
