A Bibliometric Analysis of Research Hotspots and Frontiers in Idiosyncratic Deals:Based on the WOS Database Core Collection
In recent years,idiosyncratic deals have received more and more attention in the field of or-ganizational behavior and human resource management,but there is still a lack of framework and com-parative quantitative analysis of the relevant research results in this field.With the research theme of"Idiosyncratic deals",CiteSpace visualization technology was used to bibliometric analysis of 148 arti-cles in the WOS database from 2001 to 2023.The results show that the number of papers published on idiosyncratic deals has maintained an increasing trend,and has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management.The influence of idiosyncratic deals on employees'psychology and behavior and the social exchange relationship between employees and organizations are hot topics in the field of idiosyncratic deals.The clustering results of idiosyncratic deals research can be divided into three categories:The impact on employees,the impact on third par-ties,and the impact on organizations and teams.
