Research on the Impact of Exploitative Leadership on Employees' Malicious Knowledge Hiding Behavior
As a typical behavior characterized by leadership self-interest,exploitative leadership will cause many negative effects in management practice.Based on the theory of social cognition and social exchange,SPSS and MPlus were used to conduct empirical analysis of data to explore the influence mechanism of exploitative leadership on employees'malicious knowledge hiding behavior through moral disengagement.The results show that exploitative leadership can cause employees'malicious knowledge hiding behaviors by causing employees'moral disengagement,and when employees'moral identity lev-el is high,individuals are less likely to have moral delinquency under the influence of exploitative lead-ership,and the malicious knowledge hiding behaviors of employees are less.The research has certain guiding significance for enterprises to reduce the moral shirking of employees and promote knowledge sharing among employees.
