Measurement of the Development Level of Characteristic Agriculture from a High Quality Perspective Research on Spatial Characteristics
Based on the connotation of high-quality development of characteristic agriculture,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of characteristic agriculture in Hunan Province from the five dimensions of"innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sha-ring",and measures the high-quality development level and uneven development of characteristic agri-culture in Hunan Province through the entropy method,Theil index and Moran index,respectively.The study found that from 2015 to 2021,the overall high-quality development level of characteristic agriculture in Hunan Province showed an upward trend,and the innovation and coordinated develop-ment of characteristic agriculture became the key force to promote the high-quality development of local industries.In order to further promote the high-quality development of characteristic agriculture in Hu-nan Province,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as finding a characteristic devel-opment model according to local conditions,constructing a high-quality development pattern of charac-teristic agriculture,and consolidating green,open and shared development by fully relying on the main driving force of innovation and coordinated development.
