摘要

在数字经济快速发展的背景下,数字人力资本、科技创新能力与经济增长之间的关系引发广泛关注.基于 2003-2020 年的相关数据,构建综合指标体系,并使用向量自回归模型(VAR)进行实证分析.研究结果显示,科技创新能力显著促进经济增长;数字人力资本对经济增长具有滞后的正向影响,但这种影响随时间推移而减弱;经济增长对科技创新能力和数字人力资本积累均有正向影响;科技创新能力在数字人力资本积累中发挥关键作用.研究提出了数字人力资本的概念,并揭示了数字人力资本、科技创新能力与经济增长之间的复杂动态关系,可为区域数字人力资本积聚和经济发展战略制定提供参考.

Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy,the relationship between digit-al human capital,scientific and technological innovation capacity and economic growth has aroused widespread concern.Based on the data from 2003 to 2020,this study constructed a comprehensive indi-cator system and used the vector autoregression(VAR)model for empirical analysis.The study finds that science,technology and innovation(STI)capacity significantly contributes to economic growth;digital human capital has a lagged positive effect on economic growth,but this effect diminishes over time;economic growth has a positive effect on both STI capacity and digital human capital accumula-tion;and STI capacity plays a key role in digital human capital accumulation.This study proposes the concept of digital human capital and reveals the complex dynamic relationship between digital human capital,STI capability and economic growth,which provides a reference for regional digital human cap-ital accumulation and economic development strategy formulation.
