The innovation of knowledge-based employees is the key to enterprise innovation,and how to motivate knowledge-based employees is also the focus of enterprises.By referring to affective events theory and the"stimulus-response"paradigm,the"event-emotion-behavior"analytical framework is used as the logical context of this paper.From the perspective of knowledge employees'emotions,this paper introduces positive emotional variables to explore the internal mechanism of different types of in-novation rewards on knowledge employees'innovation behaviors.Through the empirical analysis of the data of 344 knowledge employees,the results show that innovation rewards have a positive impact on employees'innovative behaviors.There is a significant positive correlation between positive emotions and the innovation behavior of knowledge employees,and positive emotions play a mediating role be-tween the internal and external rewards of innovation and the innovation behavior of knowledge em-ployees.Accordingly,it is proposed that enterprises should pay attention to the role of rewards and employee emotions when motivating knowledge employees to innovate.
