摘要

以全球范围内的磷酸铁锂电池再生利用技术领域专利数据为分析对象,利用专利情报分析方法深入研究磷酸铁锂电池再生利用技术的整体发展态势,以及五大技术分支之预处理工序、放电工序、拆解工序、正负极材料分离工序和再生工序的技术演化路径.研究结果表明,中国相关技术目前处于高速成长期,且中国的优势技术方向为再生工序和拆解工序,美国和日本的优势技术方向为再生工序,韩国的优势方向集中在再生工序和正负极材料分离工序.当前技术空白点为五大工序的配套设备以及除了再生工序之外的四大工序相关技术.在此基础上,结合技术空白点,给出专利布局建议.

Abstract

Based on global patent data in the field of lithium iron phosphate battery recycling technology,this paper studies the overall development trend of lithium iron phosphate battery recycling technology through patent information analysis,and the technological evolution path of the five technical branches of pre-treatment process,discharge process,disassembly process,positive and negative electrode material separation process and regeneration process.The research results show that domestic related technologies are currently in a period of rapid growth,and China's dominant technology direction is re-generation process and disassembly process,the United States and Japan's dominant technology direc-tion is regeneration process,and South Korea's dominant direction is focused on regeneration process and positive and negative electrode material separation process.The current blank technology is the supporting equipment of the five processes and the related technology of the four processes in addition to the regeneration process.On this basis,combined with the blank technology,the patent layout sug-gestions are given.
