Seeing Opportunity in Crisis:Research on the Mechanisms of Rational Decision-Making Style Influencing Entrepreneurship Risky Decision-Making:A Moderated Mediation Model
In the context of entrepreneurship as a crucial driver of economic growth,this study,from the perspective of risk decision-making,focuses on enterprise employees as the research subjects.U-sing a questionnaire survey method,it explores how a rational Decision-making style affects Entrepre-neurship risky decision-making.The empirical results indicate that a rational Decision-making style positively influences Opportunity Capacity,thereby motivating employees to engage in Entrepreneur-ship risky decision-making.In this process,employees'previous entrepreneurial experience plays a positive moderating role,meaning that for employees with entrepreneurial experience,the impact of Opportunity Capacity on Entrepreneurship risky decision-making is further strengthened.This study analyzes the relationship between enterprise employees'Decision-making style and their Entrepreneur-ship risky decision-making,verifies the mediating role of Opportunity Capacity,clarifies the boundary conditions of entrepreneurial experience,enriches theoretical research on factors influencing employ-ees'Entrepreneurship risky decision-making and its internal mechanisms,and provides relevant rec-ommendations for enterprise organizational management.
