新工科建设背景下行业高校创新创业教育的形势思考与实践探索

Thinking about Situation and Practical Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Industry Universities under the Background of New Engineering Construction
Under the background of the construction of new engineering disciplines,interdisciplinary in-tegration and innovation ability cultivation have become the core demands of innovation and entrepre-neurship education in industry universities.By deeply analyzing the new challenges and requirements of the new engineering concept for innovation and entrepreneurship education in industry universities,and using Civil Aviation University of China as an empirical case,this paper demonstrates that the universi-ty has significantly improved students'innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and practical levels by constructing a"three in one"innovation and entrepreneurship practice education system that covers"full coverage,full process,and all aspects",implementing innovative measures such as deepening the integration of innovation,industry,academia,research,and application,optimizing incentive mecha-nisms,creating cultural atmosphere,co building school enterprise faculty,and building international platforms.Practical exploration has shown that industry universities should focus on promoting inter-disciplinary integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education,building an integrated innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem of industry,academia,research and application,deepening the cultiva-tion of innovation and entrepreneurship culture,implementing differentiated teaching strategies,innova-ting innovation and entrepreneurship education models and integrating information technology,enhan-cing teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship literacy,optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,establishing a one-stop innovation and entrepreneurship service platform,and ac-tively expanding international perspectives.The proposed policy recommendations provide theoretical basis for industry universities to deepen innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in the con-struction of new engineering disciplines,as well as provide specific guidance for practical operations.
