数字化转型对企业双元创新的影响研究——基于产品市场竞争的调节作用

数字经济时代,创新是企业持续发展的核心驱动力,而数字化转型作为一种新兴的战略选择,正逐步展现出其作为激发企业双元创新关键驱动力的巨大潜力.以 2011-2020 年中国 A股上市公司数据为研究样本,实证检验数字化转型对企业双元创新的影响,并探究产品市场竞争在这一过程中的调节作用.结果表明:数字化转型能够显著提高企业探索式创新和利用式创新;产品市场竞争正向强化数字化转型对企业双元创新的影响,这一强化作用更多体现在民营企业,且相比于利用式创新,探索式创新的效果更显著.研究结论可为企业数字化转型、提高双元创新水平提供理论支持和实践参考.
A Study on the Impact of Digital Transformation on Enterprises'Ambidextrous Innovation:Based on the Moderating Role of Product Competition Market
In the wave of the digital economy era,innovation stands as the core driving force for sustain-able enterprise development.Digital transformation,as an emerging strategic option,is progressively revealing its immense potential as a pivotal driver in stimulating enterprises'ambidextrous innovation.Using data from A-share listed companies between 2011 and 2020 as the research sample,this study empirically examines the impact of digital transformation on enterprises'ambidextrous innovation,and explores the moderating role of product market competition in this process.The results show that digit-al transformation can significantly enhance enterprises'exploratory and exploitative innovation.Intense product market competition positively strengthens the impact of digital transformation on enterprises'ambidextrous innovation,and this strengthening effect is more evident in private enterprises.Moreo-ver,compared to exploitative innovation,the effect of exploratory innovation is more significant.The research conclusions provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to undergo digital transformation and enhance enterprises'ambidextrous innovation capabilities.
