Green finance is the key to realize green development,and an effective green finance policy system can guide the orderly development of green finance at the institutional level and standardize the practice of green finance reform.Ten local green financial policies are selected as research objects,and text mining method and PMC index model are used to construct green financial policy evaluation index system,and the policies are empirically examined to provide reference for the optimization and im-provement of the policies.The results show that China's local green financial policies are reasonably ar-ranged and comprehensively deployed as a whole,but they need to be improved in terms of policy plan-ning,sectoral collaboration,incentives and constraints,coordinated regional development and interna-tional cooperation.Based on the conclusions of the study,local green financial policies should do a good job of connecting policies in the long and short term,strengthening sectoral collaborative development and regional cooperation,providing sufficient talent guarantee and financial support,improving system construction and assessment and evaluation mechanisms,increasing policy support for pilot work,and deepening international exchange and cooperation in green finance.
