摘要
"专精特新"企业是中小企业的领头羊,普遍存在资产轻、无传统抵质押物等特点,传统信贷模式往往无法满足其融资需求.商业银行作为我国金融系统的重要主体,是支持"专精特新"企业发展的主力军.为探索商业银行支持专精特新企业发展的创新模式,以 6 个银行端、5 个企业端的案例资料作为研究基础,运用扎根理论方法,归纳出 9 个核心范畴,并在此基础上进一步推演出"外部环境－需求驱动－内部控制－资金融通"这一逻辑关系链,为理解商业银行支持专精特新企业的创新模式提供了新的视角,并从政府、银行、企业三大主体出发,提出促进专精特新企业发展的对策建议.
Abstract
Specialized,refined,and innovative enterprises are the leaders of small and medium－sized en-terprises.However,due to their characteristics of light assets and lack of traditional collateral,tradi-tional credit models cannot meet their financing needs.Commercial banks,as important entities in Chi-na's financial system,are the main force supporting"specialized,refined,unique,and innovative"en-terprises.To explore innovative models for commercial banks to support the development of specialize-d,refined,and innovative enterprises,case studies from 6 banks and 5 enterprises were used as the re-search basis.Using the grounded theory method,9 core categories were summarized,and based on this,the logical relationship chain of"external environment demand driven internal control fund finan-cing"was further derived.This provides a new perspective for understanding the innovative models of commercial banks supporting specialized,refined,and innovative enterprises,and proposes countermeas-ures and suggestions to promote the development of specialized,refined,and innovative enterprises from the perspectives of the government,banks,and enterprises.
