数字化背景下管理层激励对创新绩效的影响研究

在数字化浪潮中,深入研究激发企业创新绩效的内在动力对于企业战略至关重要,因此研究企业提升创新绩效的具体路径显得极为重要.鉴于此,基于中国制造业上市公司的面板数据,旨在将管理层的激励措施、数字化转型以及创新绩效纳入同一研究框架,探究数字化转型在管理层激励对创新绩效影响路径中的作用.实证结果表明,数字化转型对于管理层激励在促进企业创新绩效方面起到部分中介作用.研究为制造业企业拓宽了提高创新绩效的途径,并提出了相应的建议.
The Promoting Role of Management Incentives on Innovation Performance in the Context of Digitization
In the changing situation of digitalization wave,in-depth research on the intrinsic motivation to stimulate the company's innovation performance is crucial to corporate strategy,so it is vital to study the specific ways for enterprises to improve their innovation performance.In view of this,based on the panel data of listed companies in China's manufacturing industry,we aim to incorporate man-agement's incentives,digital transformation,and innovation performance into the same research framework,and explore the role of digital transformation in the path of management's incentives'im-pact on innovation performance.The empirical results show that digital transformation partially medi-ates the role of management incentives in promoting firms'innovative performance.The results of this study broaden the ways for manufacturing firms to improve their innovation performance and provide them with corresponding recommendations.
