Research on the Influence Path of College Students'Willingness to Participate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship:Empirical Research Based on Survey Data from 103 Universities
New entrepreneurship education is an important way to cultivate top innovative talents,and its effectiveness largely depends on students'participation and enthusiasm.We introduced the MOA theoretical framework and constructed a theoretical model that influences students'willingness to par-ticipate in entrepreneurship and innovation.Through empirical research of over a thousand students from 103 universities nationwide,this study delves into how demographic characteristics,satisfaction with entrepreneurship education,participation motivation,perception of entrepreneurship policies,and personal ability development collectively affect students'willingness to participate.The research re-sults show that gender,subject,academic performance,grade level,and scientific and technological innovation experience all significantly affect students'willingness to participate;A theoretical model was constructed that includes triple parallel intermediate paths,elucidating the intrinsic connections and mechanisms among various factors.The model points out that satisfaction with entrepreneurship education positively affects students'willingness to participate through three paths:enhancing partici-pation motivation,optimizing entrepreneurship policy perception,and promoting personal ability devel-opment.Among them,the development of individual abilities plays the most prominent role in enhan-cing participation willingness,while the impact of entrepreneurship and innovation policies is relatively small.Based on this,a series of strategic suggestions are proposed,including implementing personal-ized entrepreneurship and innovation education programs,improving satisfaction with entrepreneurship and innovation education,stimulating students'intrinsic motivation,strengthening ability cultivation and practical exercise,and improving entrepreneurship and innovation incentive policies.These sugges-tions aim to provide solid theoretical basis and practical guidance for universities to formulate more sci-entific and effective policies on entrepreneurship and innovation education,more effectively stimulate students'innovative potential,and cultivate more top-notch innovative talents.
