Innovation and entrepreneurship education aims to cultivate university students'innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness,and practical capabilities.It has become an integral part of higher education.As institutions focused on nurturing economic and financial talent,business-oriented univer-sities must align their educational reforms with technological advancements in the era of the digital e-conomy to meet the new demands of society for innovative and entrepreneurial talent.The digital econ-omy presents both unprecedented opportunities and challenges for innovation and entrepreneurship edu-cation.The integration of digital technologies and intelligent tools has profoundly transformed the con-tent,models,and practical platforms of such education.This study takes Guangdong University of Fi-nance and Economics as its research subject,employing methods such as questionnaires and interviews to comprehensively analyze the factors influencing innovation and entrepreneurship education in busi-ness universities within the context of the digital economy.Based on the research findings,this paper proposes several reform strategies:improving the innovation and entrepreneurship education system,building a"dual-qualified"faculty team,promoting digitalized practical teaching models,fostering an innovation and entrepreneurship culture oriented towards the digital economy,and enhancing the man-agement of the innovation and entrepreneurship practice process.These efforts aim to provide theoreti-cal references and practical guidance for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions.
