摘要
总结了近年来中国城乡交通运输发展取得的积极成效以及对落实国家乡村振兴战略的重要意义,剖析了在中国城乡交通运输一体化快速发展过程中存在的问题.结合圈层经济理论,分析了中国城乡交通运输一体化发展在空间上的圈层结构特点,提出不同空间区域的城乡交通运输一体化发展特征.借鉴美国、日本、德国、英国等典型国家发展经验,得出对中国推进城乡交通运输一体化发展的有益启示.结合中国不同区域的发展特点和国外相关经验,以县城为抓手,提出中国不同类型区域的城乡交通运输一体化发展路径.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the positive results achieved in the development of urban and rural transportation in China in recent years and the important significance for implementing the national rural revitalization strategy,and analyzes the problems existing in the rapid development process of urban and rural transportation integration in China.Based on the theory of circle economy,this paper studies and analyzes the spatial circle structure characteristics of urban and rural transportation integration in China,and proposes the development characteristics of urban and rural transportation integration in different spatial regions;Based on the development experience of typical countries such as the United States,Japan,Germany,and the United Kingdom,this paper draws useful inspiration for promoting the integration of urban and rural transportation in China.Combining the development characteristics of different regions in China and relevant foreign experience,taking county towns as the starting point,this paper proposes the development path of urban and rural transportation integration in different types of regions in China.
