摘要

铁尾矿是我国目前现存规模最大的固体废弃物之一,而且其堆存量还在快速增长.一方面铁尾矿的堆放不仅占用大量土地资源,还存在不同程度的环境污染与安全隐患;另一方面,铁尾矿也是一种宝贵的资源,对其合理的综合利用,可以实现变废为宝,也可以实现最大限度的趋利避害.在分析铁尾矿利用现状的基础上,通过对其利用方式的对比分析,提出加强对铁尾矿资源利用的管理,为铁尾矿的开发利用提供技术保障;加强矿山企业铁尾矿高附加值资源化利用研究,探索铁尾矿资源增效新途径;以及吸引社会资本投入铁尾矿库治理、生态修复等可行性建议.

Abstract

Iron tailings are one kind of the largest existing solid wastes in China,and their stockpile is still growing rapidly.On the one hand,the pile of iron tailings not only occupies a large amount of land resources,but also has different degrees of environmental pollution and safety hazards;on the other hand,iron tailings are also a kind of valuable resources,and their reasonable comprehensive utilization can realize the transformation of waste into treasure,and also can achieve the maximum benefit and avoid harm.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to carry out research on the resource utilization of iron tailings.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation of iron tailings utilization,this paper proposes feasible suggestions,such as strengthening the management of iron tailings resource utilization and providing technical guarantee for the development and utilization of iron tailings,strengthening the research on the high value-added resource utilization of iron tailings in mining enterprises and exploring new ways to increase the efficiency of iron tailings resources;attracting social capital to invest in the treatment and ecological restoration of iron tailings reservoirs,and so on.
