中国战略性关键矿产勘查开发进展与新一轮找矿的建议

摘要
面向国家重大需求,从矿种、政策等方面梳理了战略性关键矿产的国内外研究新动向,总结了战略性关键矿产勘查开发中成矿理论、找矿方法、勘查技术、采选冶技术、矿山环境监测等方面的现状指出了目前存在优势矿产少、好矿少、品位低、探明程度低、矿床成因机制不明、独立矿床少、样测手段有限等问题,分析了战略性关键矿产的资源潜力,在此基础上提出了对战略性关键矿产找矿勘查与管理的建议如加强相关法律制度建设、鼓励民间储备并严格管理控进口、加快推进新一轮找矿突破战略行动等.
Abstract
Facing the national needs,the author reviews the new research trends of strategic critical minerals at home and abroad,summarizes the current situation and existing problems in exploration and development of strategic critical minerals,and analyzes the resource potential of strategic critical minerals.On this basis,the author puts forward some proposals for the new round of prospecting and management of strategic critical minerals in China,which the author believes are of great strategic significance for ensuring the development of domestic strategic emerging industries and national security.
