摘要
产学研融合，与企业共建“校中厂”实训基地是提升高职院校服务产业发展能力的有效途径。文章以浙江同济科技职业学院建材检测公司及实际专业课程为例，阐述了“校中厂”实训基地建设的目的意义和必要性，分析了“校中厂”实训基地在课程改革、学生专业技能培养、专业教学团队建设、学生职业核心能力融渗培养以及顶岗就业等方面的多功能平台优势，论述了“校中厂”产学研融合的可行性。
Abstract
The integration of production and Research,building the practice base with factory is an effective way to improve the capacity of the service in higher vocational colleges. For example of the building materials testing company and practical professional courses in Zhejiang Tongji Vocational College of Science and Technology, The article expounds the significance and necessity, analyzes the multifunctional advantages relating to the curriculum reform, the training of the students′profes-sional skills, the construction of professional teaching team, the cultivating of the core occupational competencies and the working field for building the the practice base with factory in the school.
