摘要

本文以河北北方学院农牧专业企业导师资源共享模式为例,对校企协同育人背景下实施企业导师资源共享模式进行了探索,并借鉴当前高校企业导师制在实践中的探索经验,提出了从深化校企人才培养合作、明确就业指导对象、加大"双师型"教师培养和引进力度、建立完善实践考评机制和建立企业导师制保障体系等方面发展企业导师资源共享模式.
