摘要

思想政治教育的渗透性原则决定了思政教育必须与业务工作相融合.近些年,我国高等教育界虽开始关注思想政治教育与专业教育相融合的问题,但在具体打造金课的过程中,我们更多地把目标放在了挖掘专业教育中的德育资源方面,而对思政课堂服务学科专业发展则有很大程度的忽视.本文以法学专业教育为例,论证高校思政课堂融入专业教育的必要性和方法路径.
