摘要

江苏省教育厅会同财政等六个部门共同出台《关于加快推进独立学院发展的意见》后,江苏省独立院校建设迈入新时期.在转设背景下需要针对独立学院的特点与现状,指出独立学院图书馆建设存在的问题,采取创新组织形式和管理方式、提升服务、合理规划建设馆藏资源、加强图书馆人才队伍建设等措施建设图书馆.
