摘要

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高校校园文化建设肩负起新的时代使命.本文以北京化工大学昌平校区为例,从物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、品牌活动四个方面论述了新时代背景下高校新校区文化建设的探索和实践.
