摘要

为了确保本园课题的顺利开展,在对各幼儿园的师资力量、办学水平等发展状况进行实地调研后,制定了帮扶制度,使"城乡联动"的实效性得以充分的保障.基于教师发展的客观规律,以引导与促进教师的反思为导向,最终把教研目标确定为"新理念转化为日常的教学行为".
